Since we usually treat an older demographic, we are often asked about vitreous eye floater treatment with a YAG laser (vitreolysis or Laser Floater Treatment = LFT) for those also experiencing a progressive cataract. The questions of timing of surgery, which procedure to do first, which type of implant lens do we recommend, etc. This video will answer these and more. Eye Floater destruction with laser can be done without affecting the optics of the eye or putting the implant lens at risk. There are some challenges to these treatments which are explained in the video.
